Insurance · Matched to your vehicle

For every journey.
A welcome sense of security.

Day to day, on holiday or driving home in your new car: we advise on suitable cover and enable you to take out a policy directly as part of our personal consultation.

The foundation of your cover

Third-party, partial or comprehensive cover?

The right choice depends on your vehicle's value, use and your personal need for security, among other factors. We explain the differences and build suitable cover with you.

01 / THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY

The essential foundation

Motor third-party liability insurance covers justified claims from third parties when your vehicle causes an insured loss. It also defends against unjustified claims.

  • Personal injury
  • Damage to other people's property
  • Insured financial losses

Damage to your own vehicle is generally not covered by this policy.

02 / PARTIAL COVER

Protection against external events

Partial cover supplements liability insurance with insured damage to your own vehicle. It helps with many events largely beyond your control.

  • Theft, fire and explosion
  • Glass breakage, storms and hail
  • Other natural hazards and animal-related events depending on the policy

The animal species, consequential damage and natural events covered depend on the chosen policy.

03 / COMPREHENSIVE COVER

Broader protection for your own car

Comprehensive cover includes partial cover and extends it particularly to accidental damage to your own vehicle caused by you and deliberate damage by third parties.

  • Partial cover included
  • Accident damage to your vehicle within the agreed scope
  • Vandalism damage

This cover deserves closer consideration especially for valuable, new, leased or financed vehicles.

All benefits are subject to the relevant policy terms, coverage limits, deductibles and exclusions. We explain these differences in your personal offer.

As individual as your journeys

Extras that suit you.

Extend your basic cover where needed. We advise on available modules and separate policies, depending on the vehicle, insurer and tariff.

Stay mobile

Roadside assistance can arrange help after breakdowns or accidents, such as towing, onward travel or a replacement car. Workshop services and replacement mobility may also be added depending on the policy.

Finance and vehicle value

In a total loss or theft, GAP cover can bridge the insured difference between replacement value and the outstanding lease or finance balance. We also discuss possible new-value or purchase-price compensation.

Travelling and abroad

Foreign-claims protection, extended liability for hire cars abroad and suitable roadside assistance can be useful when travelling. Together, we clarify territorial cover, destination countries and required insurance documents.

Driver and legal support

Driver protection can cover the driver's own injuries within the agreed scope. We also advise on motoring legal expenses and passenger accident insurance where suitable offers are available.

More protection when a claim occurs

No-claims discount protection, extended animal-bite and consequential damage cover, insured accessories or waiving certain reductions for gross negligence: we discuss which extensions suit your vehicle.

Special vehicles and uses

Electric cars with battery and charging-cable cover, classics, motorcycles, motorhomes, commercial vehicles or business fleets: we advise on solutions that reflect the vehicle type and its use.

Vehicle transfer insurance

Well protected from purchase to home.

Collecting a deregistered vehicle or planning to take one abroad? We offer advice and suitable vehicle-transfer insurance for that too.

We clarify what cover is required and available for the planned journey, such as liability cover for temporary or export plates. Registration country, route and insurance duration are among the deciding factors.

A number plate or insurance certificate alone does not provide unrestricted cover in every country. We therefore agree territorial cover before departure. We check separately whether additional own-damage cover is possible.
